Vinod Jain led two business delegations to India through the India-US World Affairs Institute: Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley's Business Mission to India (Nov 27 - Dec 3, 2011), and Maryland's Montgomery County Executive Isiah "Ike" Leggett's India Business Mission (Nov 12-21, 2014). The 2011 business mission was designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Certified Trade Mission, and visited Hyderabad, Mumbai, and New Delhi; it had over 100 participants, including CEOs, County Executives, university professors and Presidents, and other executives from the Washington D.C. region. And, the 2014 mission visited Hyderabad, New Delhi, Bangalore, and Raipur.
